Cancellation Policy

At ZariyaWear, we understand that customers may sometimes need to cancel an order. We have created the following cancellation policy to make the process clear and convenient.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped/dispatched.

To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact details provided below. Please mention your order number and registered contact details so that we can process the request efficiently.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel the order.

In such cases, the customer may receive the order and, if eligible, request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a cancellation request is successfully accepted before shipment and payment has already been made, the eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

4. Cancellation by ZariyaWear

ZariyaWear reserves the right to cancel an order in certain circumstances, including:

  • Product being unavailable or out of stock
  • Incorrect or incomplete product information
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Delivery limitations or unforeseen circumstances

If an order is cancelled by ZariyaWear after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method.
